"Late night disco bar October 2005: CJ's is a late night boogie barn style of operation, but appears out of place in the soi. It looks quite nicely appointed from the outside and when I wandered aimlessly past there were a couple of attractive lasses outside, but a sign out front offering booze at 99 baht turned me off a closer inspection."

From advertising 2006: Crazy Fools Only Fools & Horses and other comedy favourites on the big screen TV. Happy hour 3-8pm. Kloster & Heinekin 45 Baht. Friendly ladies, good food, crazy prices and a free bowl of chilli on Sunday nights."

The building is only 3 years old, so everything is in "as new" condition. The bar has UBC large screen TV, and Internet access & pool table are FREE for customers."

"Blowjob bar From the Yellow Board, February 2006: Doing the Biz Most girls were only average at best but they dress them up in the same plaid skirts and white blouses you used to see at The Classroom gogos. This is actually a real nice bar. The downstairs area has a bar, a pool table and a nice aquarium to divide the room and make it appear more cozy. A girl dutifully followed me in and took a drink order as I sat down on a comfortable sofa. We talked for a while. The bar isn't doing that well in Pattaya and the owners had set up a rotation schedule with the girls from the Bangkok Lolitas. The girl I met was from the Bangkok bar. She said this bar was much much nicer, but she made more money in the big city. She asked if I wanted to "go upstairs". I inquired about rates. 600 inclusive, no tipping necessary.... unless I wanted to. So far so good. For guys who don't like the exhibitionist quality of the Soi Post Office bars, this is probably the place for you. The "upstairs" consisted of a hallway of about 10 short time rooms. The rooms are probably only 8 ft wide. Just big enough for a barber chair, the modern kind, a table and a sofa. Since we had privacy, I wanted to see her body. She seemed to think this was kind of unique and got into. She sat back in the barber chair and gave me some porno poses before getting down to action. She was very very good and I gave her a 200 baht tip. I would have gone back several times and probably been a very good customer, but did not find the bar at all friendly, which may be part of why they aren't doing much biz. July 2005: Fun in the Dentist Chair A fine selection of hostesses and its extremely out of the way location makes Lolita's 'Hideaway of the Month' The bar is actually located in an L shaped soi connecting Soi Diana Inn with Soi Buakhao. In the private area on the 'dentist chair', prices start at Bt600. In the private, full-service rooms, prices start at Bt1,500. Well not quite so private as the room walls don't go up to the ceiling so you get to hear your neighbours in action. There are also girls that will cater for ladies, or couples There is also a pool challenge. Stake 100 Baht on a pool match against the house and if you win you get a free blowjob"

"Beer bar Review from Pattaya Chat, March 2006: I speak to lots of ex-pats in good surroundings, most afternoons before setting off on my adventures. It gives a cheap head start, Pints of Assahi, and Heineken for 80bt. I find most of the locals near soi Buakhao are too hot during the day time. Maggie May's is just up from Crazy-Daves."

"Beer bar Review from Pattaya Secrets, March 2006: International Appeal A nice pub in Chiangmai style with live music and very frequented by the expats. It is really international. You can have a good chat with your friends, the service is very friendly and not fussy. Most important: the music is not loud and the prices are very moderated. Say hello to Charlie, the owner, nice man who speaks Dutch, French, English and German"

NeeRoy's is quite cheap for western food and the Indian stuff is better than here in the UK which is famous for this sort of food. NeeRoy's is owned by a guy from Bradford and his Thai lady. "

"Beer Bar January 2005: Thanks to Materialsman Earlier on I was in the Stereo Music Lounge, good atmosphere in there, music not intrusive to social intercourse and a fairly eclectic choice at that, some pretty girls on the 'night shift' and drinks reasonably priced; I was drinking San Miguel at 55 baht a bottle, and I would recommend dropping in for a beer to anyone in the area of LK Metro. December 2005: A British owned bar with a distinctive decor of illuminated circles about the size of records. There are some very attractive girls in attendance, all of whom can thrash you hollow on the bar's red pool table. The bar organises pool competitions for those that would like to play other farangs rather than lose to bar girls. Drinks are reasonable priced and cocktails seem to be a speciality. Music tends to be modern but more mellow than the dance music preferred by most bars."

Autumn 2005: It is the customers who need to take care at this bar. I observed a very drunk customer get taken for a ride with his bar tab. The owner keeps a very prominent meat cleaver beneath the bar lest he needs to take care of himself. The bar itself has a large area for pool and an attractive lounge. There are comfortable sofas but fun may be limited by public glare from the large clear glass windows.
